To strengthen our Talent Acquisition and Development Department, based in our Atlanta, Georgia in Atlanta, USA, we are looking to fill the position of: Learning Partner Market Access.

As a UCB 'drivenovative' person and Learning Partner you will contribute by:

  • Being the trusted learning partner to the market access and pricing team, gathering and interpreting information to connect and adapt global learning experiences and standards to their needs
  • Ideating and developing learning experience project proposals for development in collaboration with the regional team and the global Learning Experience Design and Development Team
  • Input regional vision into local learning experience projects end-to-end - from initial learning needs assessments to implementation to continuous improvement of local learning solutions


Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

  • Ideally Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology or experience equivalent
  • 3-5+ years experience in a learning and development role
  • Deep understanding of the US Market Access landscape and expertise in ways to educate others on the complexities of the US Market Access environment
  • Proven experience working directly with and supporting internal business partners in Market Access
  •  Experience implementing and coordinating multiple learning projects under global direction and/or in pharma environment is a plus.
